Laura joined the Womeninc staff in November of 2007. She has been a faithful subscriber and reader since the first magazine. Laura was excited to join the Womeninc staff because she so believed in the basic philosophy of the magazine.
Laura worked for the Mankato School District for over 25 years. For several years she served as district wide coordinator of special programs. For the past four years Laura put energy into a start up company MindSparks Media aimed at
people with dementia or alzheimers. Both of these experience prepared Laura for her role in sales and marketing for Womeninc magazine.
Laura and her husband Jim are proud of their family that includes three daughters and sons-in-law and soon to be eight grands. She cherishes times with family and friends both at home and their northern Minnesota cabin. Her list of favorites include yoga, reading, kayaking, travel, walking and time in the great outdoors. When things get tough Laura reminds everyone. "Breathe.” |
