Marlys Hoops handles all matters pertaining to Womeninc subscriptions. She has lived in Fairmont, MN, since 1973. She is retired from the FSA office after 19 years there. Marlys and her husband Fred live on an acreage where they have miniature horses and enjoy the quiet atmosphere since they both were raised on a farm.
